Day 10 plank challenge. Was feeling very strong today got up to 2:35 minutes. Used another top motivational song Eye of the tiger by Survivor. Very inspired today as I found out today my quarterly A1C started flattening and going down by six points Reason diet and exercise with some weight loss. I am getting focussed again! Never say never about doing the odd race next year!

Day 9 Plank Challenge 2:29:30, glad Day 10 tomorrow is a day off. Muscles are getting tired and need a day off. Did my Plank to the tune of Pump it Up by Elvis Costello one of my fave tunes. This training reminds me when in Chicago running full marathon and wanting to stop part way through and the people on the route would say We will cheer you to the finish line and that was my inspiration and I think of it now! No quitting!

Day 8 30 day Plank Challenge Upped my time to 2:25 minutes. Getting so very tough, besides the physical challenge Mental challenge is very prominent now. Reminds me of the days of training for the full Marathon!what a rush though! Trained today to that ever popular song of St Elmos fire( man in Motion). Very important to have that extra inspiration!

finished today my day 7 of my 30 day Plank challenge today at 2:19 minutes Getting tougher but it is building character and strengthening me mentally. When this pandemic started I was falling apart. By challenging myself, I have put myself and my business back in order! Everyone needs to do something for yourself to be uplifted! It is not just about working eating and watching TV! Challenge yourself!
