They’re delicious and sooooo easy to make. I’m going to experiment today with a vegan, gluten free version. I’ll keep ya posted! YOU CAN GRATE ZUCHINNI AND FREEZE IT!

I moved my life from Gambier Island to the Cowichan Valley last week. While I was on Gambier, I packed up all 450 heads of garlic that I started there in October 2019!! I’m happy to report that Great Gardener Farm Stand Won first prize at the Cowichan Expo 2020 (Un-Fair) for tallest sunflower! The variety is Titan and I did absolutely nothing to make it grow as tall as it did, except forget to water it now and again
