The Medical Officer of Health for the City of Toronto announced a number of public health measures to be introduced when the City Of Toronto is moved into the Red Control category in the provincial framework effective November 14, 2020. The framework categorizes public health unit regions into five levels: Green-Prevent, Yellow-Protect, Orange-Restrict, Red-Control, and Lockdown being a measure of last and urgent resort.
