This is GNP'S ultimate 5 speed shifting package for most 5 speed Subaru's from 1993-2014 We start with an OEM shifter knuckle linkage (where most if the sloppy shifter problems start) Next are the two shifter bushings and the shifter stay, they hold the shift assembly still avoiding deflection in the shifter throw... Then there is the transmission carrier bushings which help hold the transmission still, it aids in shifting and power delivery. I've used personally both versions, usdm 5sp and in my jdm 6 speed. I'm finally getting down to sketching these Subaru engine and transmission mounts out before they get put to CAD. So far it's looking good for the engine and transmission mounts to be available in 3 different stiffness. These mounts will be upgradable if you needs and power level change. Our goal is to make the street version stiffer than the stock wrx mounts, the race version stiffer than the group N mounts.... And for the hard-core, they will have solid inserts.
