Greco OAC Members! Are you ready to get back to training hard? Connor and Devin are very excited to see everyone again! We have missed the energy and hard work of our Greco members these past few months! With the announcement of the Ontario Stage 3 re-openings, we will be limiting our Greco class size to a maximum of 10 participants. This won't make you break a sweat but it will help after a killer leg day or cardio workout! Habib is demonstrating an exercise that involves muscle and fascia release. The idea is to place a ball on a certain area of the hamstring muscle group. As we pull down on the riser you'll want to extend the leg fully and keep the body straight. This is guaranteed to help with lower body soreness and overall mobility.... Try it this Sunday in our Activate class, starting at 10 am or 11 am!
The Airdyne bike will get you gasping for air! The Ottawa Athletic Club has a great new piece of equipment out in the track area. It's a great exercise machine to use to burn off that fat before the summer arrives! Jump on it for a hard sprint like Connor!
