The construction on bell boulevard has left the sidney street entrance to be the optimal one for all directions of traffic. If coming down bell going in the west direction (away from the mall and towards the casino) you won't be able to turn into the plaza unless you use the sidney street one. Sorry for the troubles, it is out of our control ! Thanks for understanding and hopefully this construction is done sooner than later. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patronage !
