Meet Izzy the yellow lab. She has been a part of Green Acres since she was a puppy. She is now 6 years old, and we have retired her from breeding. We love her dearly here, but would like to find her a home where she can get one on one attention, and spend her days lounging on couches. She gets along great with other dogs, and has a calm but playful personality, and although she hasn’t been around a lot of children, she would be great with them. Izzy does struggle with being ...overweight, and she would need somebody who is able to work with her, and get her to a healthier weight. She loves walks and does good on a leash, and also enjoys playing fetch. Izzy is not spayed. We think she would adjust to living in a house as she lives inside our kennel, it would just take patience.
