Green Canoe Coffee

Green Canoe Coffee is focused on selecting coffee beans from small specialty coffee producers and women coffee producers. We value what they do and as such it's extremely important to us to know these farmers are paid well for what they produce. Currently we are featuring the following farm's coffees: 1. Colombia - Jerico Madre Laura. This is a collection of 20 small farmers working together to produce an excellent cup of coffee with notes of caramel, citrus and honey. It's... my inspirational cup of joe! When we pool our resources, our minds, and work together great things can happen and this cup of coffee is a testament to that. 2. El Salvador - San Jose Estate Bourbon Washed. Women in Coffee, focused primarily on specialty coffee through sustainable methods. These women are committed to the environment and their community setting an excellent example for youth in the region. This cup of coffee is chocolatey and smooth. 3. Brazil - Nossa Senhora Aparecida Farm. Known for producing specialty Arabica coffees of exceptional quality. The farm is located in a region with an altitude of 800 to 1200 MASL offering natural ideal growing conditions. This cup of coffee offers up notes of caramel and milk chocolate in a creamy body with a delicate aftertaste.
