Happy Canadian Thanksgiving and a beautiful start to the fall season in White Rock BC. Lucky to gave Lotsa sunny weather still. Made a simple appies platter to share with friends before a big traditional shared meal.

Shared food, flowers, back yard fun and a summer spent at home with family. Slowly starting part time work again. Please message to discuss meals, cleaning or senior care. Enjoy the last few weeks before we all try and get back into work and school and semi normal life again.

Taco Tuesdays every week now, lotsa fruit snack trays in the yard, picnics, cooking tons and embracing time at home with family. Afternoon wine while the kids run around with the dogs, bonus!! I LUV making big 1 pot meals for clients to enjoy a fresh hot nutritious dinner with plenty of leftovers for lunch. Great way to stay healthy, eat hearty and save that lunch money for future winter holidays!!

Whipped up a tasty fast lentil, tomato, zucchini thick garlicky hearty sauce for a client today. Great over rice, pasta, as a dip for crusty or pita bread, or on it's own like a stew. Just simmer, blend the flavours and don't overcook or you will end up with soggy zucchini...yuck! 1st snow of the 2019/20 winter calls for warming filling healing foods for sure.
