A piece inspired by a former yoga teacher I had. She talked about a light that is within all of us. It starts in our forehead, makes it’s way through all the parts in our faces down into our throat and- and what? Down through the chest and into the belly and legs? Or does this ethereal being go into our arms and up through our fingertips.. this light within us however is such a beautiful entity that it just radiates and pulsates with energy.
