The new proposed climate legislation is an empty shell: It provides little accountability while putting us out of step with our international partners It compromises our future competitiveness and fails to live up to our international obligations at the same time.... We need climate action now. We need proper accountability. We need climate targets based on science. We need a green recovery to rebuild our economy.
