Good morning clients! We are running a bit behind today for pickups so they may run into the afternoon :) we will get to your bin as soon as possible!

We have some bad news to share, unfortunately due to being short staffed we don’t have a pick up driver at the moment. We have been looking for staff for about a month with no success so as of right now we are going to have to pause residential collections, in the video I did say may have to pause but I should have said will be as there is unfortunately no alternative with having no staff. The video has a bit more information if you would like to watch it, and if you know Anyone who you think would enjoy helping the planet be a bit of a greener place, please point them our way! We aren’t giving up, but just need time to make things work. Thankyou all for being such wonderful clients and please let us know if you have any questions at all. Dominique & Hailey

INSIDER SCOOP happy rainy Friday everyone! While we were doing our commercial recycle run we noticed that the fence at the recycle bins by the fire hall is gone! We enquired with some workers on site if the bins were going to be moving soon to make space for the new fire hall and they confirmed that they will not (at this time, RDFFG has confirmed eventually those bins will be relocated) but for now the fence is gone to make space for a new road! The more you know! Have a great weekend everyone

Hi Everyone! As we mentioned before, we recently set-up a new system for recycling! We wanted to give you a bit of a breakdown of what you can expect on your receipts. Each receipt will have a total for your weekly transaction but also at the bottom you will see ‘On Account’ this means there is a balance to be paid. There is also ‘Store Credit’ this means you have a balance being carried forward from when we switched over. ... If you notice that a giftcard was bought or paid for something through your account, don’t worry! This is how we are handling your credits. If you’re ever wondering what your balance is on your gift card please just ask! Also, At the very bottom of your receipt there is a spot that says ‘TO PAY’ if this is at $0.00 you do not owe money. If it has a total beside it, you owe a payment! Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!

Monday Clients! Just a heads up that your Monday May 18th pick up will happen on Tuesday May 19th due to the long weekend. Stay safe & Have fun!

Hi Everyone! We wanted to let you all know that we have done so upgrading and have changed over to a computer system! You will now be emailed when we have processed your pickup with a receipt. We just want to make sure we have all your correct email addresses , please feel free to send us a message or text with your email so we can keep your account up to date! The email will show your pickup, payments received, and any account owing. In order for us to use and top up your ...pickup credits we will be using our gift card function, so please be aware if a purchase of a gift card is shown, it is us topping up your account balance! Also note we are doing our best to process pickups on the day of pickup but we may process your pickup on a different day but we will make a note! Thankyou!!

Due to the Very intense wind we recommend to NOT put your bin out today! We will still be doing our route but please note if your bin blows away and gets damaged or lost there will be a replacement deposit for a new bin, so if you don’t trust the wind, please don’t put your bin out!

Happy Sunday to our wonderful clients! We would like to let you know that now that the weather has gone up in temperature we will be resuming regular pickups!

Due to the very cold dip coming this week (January 13-16) we will be postponing pickups until the temperature goes up! Sorry for any inconvenience, stay warm out there!

Our upcoming holiday schedule is as follows, all residential pickups for the week of Christmas (23-26) will take place on Monday, December 23rd and on Wednesday, January 1st there will be no pickups and will take place Thursday, January 2nd instead. Happy Holidays!
