Don’t forget to breathe and meditate. Find joy in small things as many times a day as you can. Take a minute a few times each day to focus on feeling joy and gratitude for things you have and to be centred. This will become a habit and it will help your positive attitude and through that it will improve your health and overall life. Here’s a bit of advice to cope with the situation from the WHO as well. Sunny days up ahead!
