Check out what our programs have been up to! On October 29th, 2019 the Greater Victoria Green Team coordinated over 100 students and teachers from #RoyalBaySecondary and community members along Murray Pond Park #Colwood! Together, they removed close to 20 cubic metres of invasive blackberry and planted 20 native roses donated by Judy, a local Colwood resident and volunteer powerhouse! The Lower Mainland Green Team went to Rocky Point Park in Port Moody on October 26th, 2019 where 33 community members removed an amazing 40 cubic meters of invasive plants (Himalayan Blackberry, English Holly and English Ivy)!
