Hi Everyone, This is a private online auction for the Garsch family. It will run for one week (Ends Monday, May, 21st @ 6pm) I have only ever donate a few of these private dinners for groups of 6 people to help raise money for a good cause. I couldn't think of a better reason and family to donate this too. ... It's monetary valued is at $420 but in my opinion its actually worth a lot more due to its rarity as I try not to do private dinners for less than 10 people. Its very fitting to begin this private auction on Jes's birthday and the day after mothers day. All money raised will go straight to Jesika Garsch and her family! As my trip of Thailand slowly comes to an end. I cant begin to tell you how inspired this amazing trip has been! I want to send a special thank you to two of my Thailand contacts Bkkshadow and Pilates by Apittiya. I have sampled mouthwatering flavours from street food vendors. I have become completely blown away by this wonderful moment of traditional organic finer dinning Thai restaurants!... Most importantly I have had countless heart felt and passionate conversation with local Thais and Expats living in Thailand about finding the perfect balance between a strong narrative and traditional Thai food culture. Thai food has succeeded again... It has brought my family closer together. Over a simple few Thai dish that I enjoyed as a kid and the laughter of just being together sitting around a dinner table can bring. It has allowed me to reconnect and reminisce with old and new friends over common favourite dishes and stories thats we once shared. People in Thailand, you embody the love of this beautiful country. Thai food you are the heart and soul of the county that carries your stories. I can not wait to share some more stories and Thai food with you.
