Caring for individuals with diverseabilities often means following a pretty structured routine... but it doesn’t mean that it can’t be fun! A support worker’s role is essentially to ensure the health, safety and HAPPINESS of another individual. Watching the joy and excitement in someone’s eyes as they experience something wonderful for the first time is such a privilege.
