Everything’s going to be okay Everything’s always going to be okay Even when it’s not, its all okay Everything’s going to be okay... This mantra came through in my shrunk box meditation this morning. And I wanted to share it as a reminder for anyone who needs it. No matter what you are feeling, experiencing, thinking, going through, it’s always going to be okay. Let your inner child know this, let your worrier know this, let the fear monger know this, let yourself know this, and let your body know this. Allow each cell to vibrate with this message Everything is going to be okay. We are fully supported and held by the Universe, God, the Divine, Creator, Cosmic forceWhatever you want to call it. That force lives inside of us and is what we are made out of. No matter what, we are always supported by that force, because that force is usEverything is always going to be okay. We are held and supported through life, our success, victories, growth and development, hardships, challenges, and even death. All of these things are just energy and consciousness moving and expressing themselves. There is no good. There is no bad. Everything just is. Allow whatever that is occurring to be liberated. To move freely, to express itself fully, and to change and shift as it forever does. When we remove the labels of this is good or this is bad things just are. So when things seem like they are not okay, remember that it's all okay.
