We hope everyone had a great long weekend! Our own Brian Smith took some great shots of the fireworks at the NBEX on Saturday. Here is what he had to say about the experience. "We were treated to a great Labour Day Fireworks display at The New Brunswick Provincial Exhibition grounds on Saturday evening thanks to Jason Steeves and Tri-Wire Line Construction Inc. I was pleased to record the event. It almost felt normal. Dippy Dogs, Fireworks, the only thing missing is the rest ...of the New Brunswick Provincial Exhibition. I have been involved with the NBEX for many years; it was a part of the changing seasons, that once a year opportunity to share a Dippy Dog and catch up with old friends. As a child, the Exhibition was a part of my calendar year, just like Christmas and Birthdays. This has been a year of unwanted change. Thank you to the NBEX staff and sponsors for doing their best during these difficult times. Our new company, Greer's Graphics and Design, are about to celebrate our first anniversary. Who knew that 2020 would be a game-changer. From the Thank You Campaign for essential workers with the Fredericton Red Wings; Operation Inspiration print presentation to the City of Fredericton after the Snow Birds fly over in May, to creating new signage for the Fredericton Lions Club for the Dippy Dog Trailer this past weekend. We were honoured to be invited to Leo Cormier's 70th birthday party in Moncton on Saturday. We do a lot of work with his daughter, Lynn Cormier of the Wakefield Castrol racing team and decided the occasion called for a celebrity as our 'plus one', so we made a life-sized Betty Boop cutout to give to Leo for some fun photo ops! Happy birthday, Leo!!!

It was such an honour to present this print from Brian Smith Photo/Graphic to Mayor Mike O'Brien. Operation Inspiration was an incredible event to experience and this print is an expression of the profound feeling of hope we were left with after witnessing it. In Brian's own words: "The day of the Fly Past I wanted to try and capture this moment and the experience was very heartwarming. As the jets made their return pass over the city, strangers that were in the park around m...e broke into singing Oh Canada.
