I haven’t been posting much on Instagram lately. Here is why. Listen to your heart.....& if you’re too stupid to do that, listen to your Wife, when she’s calling for you to go to emergency. Don’t be a tough guy. I coulda died. I’ve been here since Monday. I’ll be leaving by noon tomorrow. I had a heart attack because one of my arteries was 95% blocked. I was a walking time bomb. Cholesterol and heart attacks run on both sides of my Family. What I’ve come to realize is th...at working out isn’t enough. Diet is so important. Especially as you get older. Today they did a procedure and put a stent in where my blockage was. It went from 95% blockage to 0%. I’ll be on medication for life now, and a very strict eating plan. I could easily look at all of this in a very negative way. I was sad for a moment. BUT, life has given me another chance. Another chance to be a better person. A healthier person. A person that is really looking forward to doing your hair. I’ll be out of commission for a month. I will take baby steps with short walks with my Wife. The last thing I want to say is really important. This whole week I’ve been in the hospital, I’ve been alone. Because of covid, no visitors allowed. All I had was my phone. Being able to FaceTime my Family, and read every single post that all of you have left me, fills my heart with love. Sometimes all it takes is a few words to make someone feel so special.
