DB Squat 40lbs (each hands) 20 x 4-5 DB RDL 40lbs (each hands) 20 x 4-5 DB Curtsy Lunge - Side Lunge 40lbs (each hands) 6 (3 each side) x 4-5 Core: Knee to Elbow - Cross Single Leg V Up 12 x 4-5 Shoulder: DB Shoulder Press 40lbs (each hands) 10 x 4-5 DB Lateral Raises 40lbs (each hands) 10 x 4-5 Do what's manageable & challenges you, so you're able to perform the exercises with correct form for optimal effectiveness as you progress. Remember: Don't rush the exercises, quality over quantity, engage those muscles.
