The data does matta! Look at those numbers. For the first time, our average sale price in Saint John surpassed $200,000. So far in 2020 we've seen an increase of 9% from our average sale price in 2019, jumping from $185,430 to $202,195. We are projected to continue rising to $212,304 in 2021. Even with this increase, the Atlantic Provinces continue to offer tremendous value and in my opinion, there is no better place to own real estate.
