Greg’s Remedy’s has increased our free prescription delivery to twice daily 8AM and 3PM to accommodate all shut in and quarantined clients and to eliminate the need to come into any pharmacy. We have also enclosed the entire dispensing area in clear plexiglass to protect both the staff and our walk in customers. Our professional staff is available for telephone consultation and we are beginning a phone campaign to contact all of our clients by phone to discuss their curre...nt situation and determine if their medication is effective. We have adequate stocks of prescription drugs to see us through any upcoming shortages. We would appreciate any future business support and we appreciate any business already provided by our loyal clientele and invite any new clients to transfer your prescriptions to our store we really do want to be you new drugstore. We will continue to add services as they are needed and will maintain our high level of customer service through out this Covid mess. Our pharmacists can now have your prescriptions transferred to our pharmacy, extended if you cannot see your doctor, fill and deliver them right to your door. You can pay by phone in credit card and you need not have any direct contact with anyone. We will communicate with your doctor by phone. We want to flatten the Covid curve and keep you healthy and safe. We understand the problems and the difficulties you face and we are here every day of the year to help. I have been contacted by the Alberta Chamber of Commerce Awards group and they have confirmed that we are the only Pharmacy in the entire province nominated for the Provincial customer service award. Hey - our pharmacy will stay open 9 am to 5pm monday to friday, 9-3 Saturday and 11-3pm Sunday and Holidays. Once I get out of this self quarantine we go back to 8am to 6pm. We are fully stocked with meds and will be able to supply our valued patients. We may have to supply limited amounts until this Covid mess Ends.
