Something about making sun while the hay shines. The fellas were running on high octane banging down 3 lifts of plywood yesterday. Tomorrow we will do some back framing as we wait for a load of lumber and then we will be ready for shingles on Wednesday.
Walls up Deck on Porch’s poured Tomorrow we will sort trusses, get our layout marked out, chop some timber’s up for the porch’s then we should be set for crane day Friday!
We are all set up to let loose framing on our start to finish build! Garage and exteriors tomorrow, deck and porch’s Wednesday, interiors and straightening thursday then flying trusses Friday
Last roof of 2020 wrapped up. One day left to wrap this kincardine build up then finish the week off getting 2 floors capped.
The boys are making the best of this nice weather. No time wasted bringing these 3 different slopes together.
Crane booked for tomorrow. Up we go
Been late to post with a busy week behind us and another on it’s way. Southampton build is wrapped up, Kincardine build is well on it way to be ready for trusses and excavation has begun in Francis Lake on our first start to finish build!

No one sees the roof of a house but countless hours go into them. From the basement plates to the ridge beam, these boys keep quality at an all time high. #greybrucebuilders
Changed the shape of this garage today. If the fellas keep clicking like this we should be completely off this roof Thursday !
Southampton build is coming together now . Get the garage loft framed in today then we can get it closed in
