I don’t know where I have been but I have recently started having a love for the different colours in the sky throughout the day. The morning sky is my favourite by far. It’s not every morning, but as often as I can I try to go on an early morning walk. I leave the house in darkness and silence but by the time I get home the sun is up and it’s chaos as I walk through the door. This time alone is often hard to find when you’re running a business and have four children 7 and un...der. But as we all navigate these different and sometimes difficult times, our mental health needs attention too! These early morning walks (sometimes long, sometimes short) allow me silence to reflect on days past but also to make a general plan for the days that lie ahead. 99% of the time that plan falls apart, but I always have to say tomorrow is another day.
