Yesterday we came back rested and excited to return to our regular business hours after a wonderful holiday. Please note as we reopened the following protocols have been implemented as required to comply with the current Provincial Lockdown: 1. Our waiting area is currenty CLOSED to patrons. 2. We are only able to permit a single person in the office area at a time to allow for the required physical distance of at least two meters.... 3. Please have a mask or face covering that covers the mouth, nose and chin (Unless entitled to an exception set out in the regulation) 4. We are currently operating on an appointment only basis. 5. We require you to call ahead and make arrangements for vehicle drop off, pick up and payment. The holidays are quickly approaching and we have adjusted our hours accordingly. Both of our locations will be closed from Thursday December 24th at noon and will reopen on Monday January 4th at 8am. *As per usual all tow trucks will be in full operation during our service centre closures should you need any assistance.

With 10-25cm of snow expected between Saturday and Sunday we can suspect that will bring some windows of poor driving conditions over the weekend. If you need to head out on the road in bad weather we recommend the following before you do: 1. Change your wiper blades to winter blades and make sure they are free from snow and ice buildup. 2. Make sure your windshield washer reservoir is full, and carry extra washer fluid in your vehicle.... 3. Make sure your gas tank is topped up. 4. Clear snow and ice from all windows, lights, mirrors, hood and the roof. After starting your vehicle, wait for the window to defrost completely to allow clear visibility all around. 5. Make sure your cell phone is charged. 6. Allow yourself plenty of extra time to get to your destination. 7. Make sure your battery, brakes, lights and fuses, heating systems, are in tip-top shape. 8. Make sure your winter survival kit is fully stocked and in your vehicle. 9. Wear warm clothes and winter appropriate footwear. Bonus: Use the washroom before you head out the door.
