I understand there is a great deal of concern and confusion when defining essential services and this continues to change week to week. I wish to put your mind at ease and clarify essential health services .I follow the direction of our provincial government and health authorities and have utilized the resources made available to health care practiti...oners. Grimsby Foot and Nail Care is a nurse therefore I follow the direction of our College of Nurses of Ontario. I am a health care workers who recognize essential patient care is my priority. Essential health care is defined when a person(s) would require medical attention to a specific health situation or event that they would otherwise not be able to tend to themselves seeking the assistance of a regulated health care provider. After conducting the research, I am confident my health care services are essential and therefore my business remains open for the emergency and advanced foot care cases requiring my care. It is imperative I will assist with keeping people in our communities mobile and healthy and therefore I will remain open for emergency only. Appropriate screening measures I have been implemented they are as follows; use of PPE for each service Best practice standards of high level disinfection sterilization Please contact the Grimsby Foot and Nail Care if you are unsure if you should continue to your appointment.
