Lebanon still needs our help in light of the Beirut Explosion. Our partner school, Arab Baptist Theological Seminary (ABTS) has opened its doors to welcome over... 40 people who have lost their homes and is helping with clean-up and food distribution for workers who are deployed to the explosion site. Local churches also ask for support as they serve those in need. They are preparing to respond to identified areas of need such as food supplies, mattresses, blankets, shelter, hygiene supplies, masks and psychosocial support. Donate until August 23 and it will be matched through the Canadian government's Lebanon Matching Fund. CBM is participating in the Humanitarian Coalition’s appeal through it's active membership in the Canadian Foodgrains Bank.
