Grimshaw Public School would like to give their biggest THANK YOU to Mercer Peace River Pulp for their generosity towards literacy. Mercer had challenged our students to read one million minutes (as a team) last school year. Because of the social rules in place in June, Mercer could not put on the celebration they usually do and in December, Mercer presented GPS with a cheque instead. The challenge has once more been offered this year and the students in Kindergarten to Grade 6 will be adding up the minutes they read to succeed in reading one million minutes. Thank you Mercer Peace River Pulp for your fantastic promotion of literacy!"
