Well the first round of garlic harvesting is complete. The Korean Garlic looks awesome! The cleaning will begin tomorrow and hopefully have it out in the next week is so.

Well we want to thank everyone that gave us a hand so far this year....approx 30,000 heads of garlic scaped and weeded. It is looking great and the Korean Garlic is very close to being ready. Scape pesto and pickled scapes are being made we will share some great recipes when complete.

Good afternoon everyone I hope everyone is well in these crazy times. Well the summer has begun in spite of the Covid. We were lucky to have our eldest son here for 3 weeks, and being he is a mechanic in the making, all our farm equipment was tuned, oiled and cleaned up ready for the season. His beautiful wife and a special little granddaughter made the 3 weeks amazing. Our garlic is up and looking amazing this year. But with the garlic up and being an organic farm we of cou...rse have a lot of weeding to do. Cover crops of clover help between the rows but we have to weed within the garlic rows. We have the help of our other two sons for a week and we can’t thank them enough as it is a long and gruelling job. Every row looks cleaner needless to say I had to take pictures as we are proud of our product. Until next time I hope everyone is healthy and happy. The Goyers!!!!
