In accordance with today’s BC Health Minister update, effective immediately Gringo will be adjusting its hours of operation to comply with the imposed regulations that liquor service halt at 10pm and doors close at 11pm. While we at Gringo will always value the health and safety of our staff and guests above all else, with 70%+ of our daily revenue typically being generated after 10pm, this will be a massive blow to the financial livelihood of both Gringo and its employees.
