Stepping outside your comfort zone doesn’t have to be crazy. Start small & work your way to bigger things Remember no matter where you start, you’re still there trying. That’s ALL that matters. When I hopped onto the ice for the first time in years I was absolutely terrified. I fell 10x / game & tripped up my own team mates ... But over time (years ) I’ve improved bit by bit! Don’t shy away from new things because you can’t do them. Whether you think you can or not, you’re right I just recently began going to a yoga class. Is it frustrating I can’t seem to breathe right? Yes But I KNOW If I keep going & keep trying, time will bring that skill. Point is, we ALL start somewhere. Don’t be afraid to be a beginner
