Since there has been a recent heat advisory in effect for most of the week, we want to take a moment to remind everyone of the dangers summer weather can have... on our pets. Each year we treat patients with heat stroke. The best heat stroke treatment starts with prevention! Well it has been a busy month but we have gotten caught up on the back log of appointments for the most part. We appreciate everyone's patience during this long process. We are currently booking July appointments. it is worth a call to the store because sometimes a last minute groom can happen. We are currently taking nail trim appointments first come first serve. Great News! We appreciate your cooperation with our new policies and procedures during COVID-19. We are happy to announce that we will be opening grooming on Tuesday May 19, 2020.... At this time we are doing all by Appointment Only and unable to accept walk-in clients. We are beginning our services with those clients who had their appointments abruptly cancelled due to the COVID-19 shutdown. We are booking all other clients in order of first come first serve and in the order of date that calls for appointments are received. All appointments are being booked directly by the grooming staff. Please call the store 705-743-2757 and give the store staff your contact details to forward to the grooming staff. WE WILL CALL YOU!! We appreciate your patience! This is going to take time to fit everyone into the schedule. With the new sanitizing protocols and the required physical distancing within the grooming room, the grooming appointments have to be spaced farther apart. This means that fewer grooming appointments can be made per day. We look forward to welcoming your furry family members back as soon as we can! Stay Safe and Healthy!
