COVID UPDATE - JUNE 3 2020 Hello Vancouver! While I miss being able see and serve every client, please know that I am doing my best to remain legal and keep everyone as safe as possible during this time. ... My scope of services and limitations have evolved over the past months, and will continue to evolve as I adjust, just as my colleagues, the province, and the world do. Services that I am able to provide: -Bath or Bath and Haircut on dogs under 25 lbs -Bath for cats -Nail trims for existing clients under 50 lbs, by appointment only. ***Nail trims are in very limited availability as they require the most sanitation protocol*** -Grooms for cats or dogs under 40 lbs deemed medically necessary by a veterinarian Services that I cannot provide: -New clients over 25 lbs*** ***A new client is any dog or cat that I have not seen before, OR whose file has gone inactive due to not having been seen in the last 16 weeks.*** Any services that do not fit any of the above descriptions are assessed on a case-by-case basis. The intricacies and variables of working with animals make some individuals safely and legally possible, and others less so. I appreciate every inquiry. Please remember that I am still only one person responding to 20-30 messages daily. Like everyone else, I dedicate much time to cleaning, which results in less time for grooming and communication. There are only a few hours to go in 2020, a year of very low lows, and very new news. I thank everybody that hands me a lead with a dog on the end, or a kennel with a critter in it for their continued trust, especially in this past year of uncertainty. I know that the minutes and hours that your pet is in my care add up, and not everyone gets to have your pet for a fraction of the year or maybe ever. It is an honour. ... With each cumulative minute and hour, they each become more my friend, and more my family. Your trust and confidence IS my entire business, and IS my success. Below are only a few of my friends that were lost in this terrible year, and I am grateful for every minute that I was trusted with them over the course of this year, and/or years prior. The next available nail trim is Thursday, December 31st. This will be an All Nails All Morning day.
