PLEASE READ I am open but with restrictions. I would like to do my part and limit my exposure as much as possible. There will be a few temporary changes to protect the safety of everyone. Drop Off/ Pick up... There will be contactless drop off and pickup. When you arrive please give the shop a call, text or Facebook message. MASK ARE TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES (no shields). I will then unlock the door to let you enter the shop and I will stay in the back of the shop. Safety secure your pet to the leash attached to the wall just inside the door or if you have a small/medium pet, you can put them behind the gate and slide it closed. Some pets may kick up a fuss when you go to leave so please do not stick around inside to console them, I ensure you they will be just fine. Please take your pets leash, harness and any other clothing with you, you can leave the collar on. Once you have stepped outside I will then enter the front to retrieve your pet. When picking up, please call, text or Facebook message the shop, I will place your pet in the front, unlock the door and then you can enter and retrieve your pet. There will be something by the door to place your payment(etransfer or cash) in. If you need correct change just let me know prior to pickup. It’s also very important to be on time for your appointment and pickup so that I can keep things running smoothly and safely. Please do not show up any more then 10 minutes before your appointment. To help speed things up, you can text/message me with the details of what you would like done with your pet; for example the length you want on the body or face. - There will be absolutely NO WALK-INS. Appointments are required for ALL services. - Only 1 person per appointment allowed inside the front. Only same household pets allowed at once. - If you or a household member are currently in isolation, please let me know to reschedule. - If you or anyone you have been in contact with in the last 14 days travelled to St. John’s or outside of the province, please let me know to reschedule.
