This little three legged carrot spent the winter on display in the cold, dry cabin. A beached starfish, or a cluster of earthworms caught on the sidewalk in the summer sun. Inspired, i sliced up some carrots and beets to run through the dehydrator, and roasted up the last pumpkin to mash and freeze. I'm working on a BBQ spice blend, and i'm hoping the beet powder will lend a sweet, tomato, earthy flavour to the mix!... #food4life #theprairiefeedsme
