another update on this space; hard to resist this wallpaper! this living room/parlour space was not functional with the rest of the house. with the stairs being relocated the parlour space was taken up but allowed for a more open floor plan and bigger living room. new floors, drywall, trim and paint went a long way in this room for a more neutral look!

This wartime home was the first home we purchased together in 2014 and our first major renovation. Due to a sewage pipe bursting under the house we had no choice but to renovate the interior. Due to the nature of the problem we were unable to obtain "before" pictures. This house underwent a major cosmetic renovation to update the look and modernize the appearance of the house. While no structural changes were made, built in closets were added, new flooring, painting and a new kitchen was exactly what this place needed to give this house the facelift it needed. We sold this place in 2018 to move onto the next flip! See the pictures below for the "after" look. This house was beautifully staged by Suze Interiors from Collingwood when it was listed. She did an amazing job bringing this updated space to life!
