What have you drank today? Is it all caffeine based? Any water? We should drink at least 1 cup of water for every 25lbs we weigh to stay adequately hydrated. With exercise add cup for every half hour!

Guess the fruit! I am a delicious and juicy fruit, and their are many different kinds of me! I help with digestion, detoxifying, laxitive, antiseptic, and help to lower cholesterol. I help to clense your system, keep your blood glucose levels up. I am a good source of vitamin A, B, C, and G. I can come in different colours like red, or green... what could I be??

These seedy little buggers have a ton of flavour, and you usually eat more than one! Huh.. what is it?
Guess the fruit!! Ok so these little fruits are an antioxident, and help with digestion. Some people eat their skin while others cut them in half and eat them with a spoon! They are high in vitamin C and E which helps protect your cells from damage. These little guys are also high in potassium and even contain some calcium! Hmm.. what could they be...??
The fruit of the week is coming up this friday, here's a hint as to what it is... This fruit has a rough rind, and green pointy leaves. The flesh of the fruit is very sweet, juicy and helps add a tropical flavour to your juices. Eating this fruit will help with anti inflamitory, digestive, immune system, and helps your body produce energy to help keep you going! i wonder what it is....
