Our Zoom classes are running again this month; join us from the ease and comfort of your own home. Lively Chair Yoga Tuesday, 10:30-11:30 am, July 7, 14, 21, 28 and/or Thursdays, 9:00-10:00 am, July 9, 16, 22, 30. ... Through active movement flowing easily from pose to pose this style of yoga brings all its benefits to a safe, stable seated position. Open to everyone at any age who finds getting up/down from the mat challenging or uncomfortable. Adaptable, chair yoga is also an excellent accessible option for those who may be recovering or rehabilitating yet wish to continue their yoga practice. Gentle Hatha Yoga, 2:30 Tuesdays (with Stacey) Tuesday, 2:30-3:30 pm, July 7, 14, 21, 28 Offered with modifications and options, the intensity level is up to you; blocks and other props create a sense of accessibility and inclusiveness.
