What We Offer -Competitive Wages -All the tools, equipment and training required to successfully and safely complete projects -$500 yearly benefit package after 3 months -Full scope of work projects; patios, steps, walls, lights, fire pits, pools, gardens... -Continuous training and education courses -Regular paychecks, up to 60 hours a week INTERLOCK & CONSTRUCTION CREW FOREMAN Extensive knowledge of all aspects of an interlock landscaping project including; setting grades, steps, retaining walls, patios, plant material, soils etc Must be able to supervise & motivate a crew of 5-10 people in a way that projects are being completed efficiently and profitably from planning stage through to completion. Responsible for safety of crew. Ability to safely train employees on safe working procedures with tools, equipment and vehicles Able to operate equipment safely and efficiently; maintain maintenance logs and able to repair the basics The ability to read drawings, identify plant material and an extensive knowledge of interlock materials, granular, soils and mulch Must maintain professional image in representing the company; ensure all crew members are wearing uniforms, PPE and are presentable to clients. Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients. Must have strong communication, time management & problem solving skills, including the ability to complete and submit paperwork on a daily basis INTERLOCK & CONSTRUCTION CREW LABORERS Main duties will include; General labor duties; maintain tidy work space, operate equipment and tools safely Site preparation; including rough grading, final grading Sod installation; grading topsoil Stone installation; patio stone, pavers, slabs Providing high quality service to all clients Maintenance and use of heavy equipment and company vehicles such as; skid steers, mini excavators, dump trucks and pickup trucks.
