I have suffered from anxiety for as long as I can remember. I have also been the "what if" worry wart and the person that gets worked up over the "little" things. As much as I try to embrace the qualities in the most positive of ways and use them to my advantage I also find myself becoming overwhelmed and needs to slow down, take a deep breathe and tell myself everything will be ok. This stack was inspired by just that! The Calm and Collected stack is a stack of 2 bracelets.... Howlite and Silver, Electroplated Hematite create a beautiful stack that provides the wearer with a calm and collected intention and energy. Hematite is very grounding and helps to absorb and alleviate stress, worry and other negativities. Hematite is a great stone for those with PTSD or other trauma related illnesses. It also helps with insomnia, disruptive dreams and muscle tension.
