The Mother’s Program at the Women’s Health Clinic in Winnipeg The Birth Centre will be running their free online virtual COPING with CHANGE ~ Postpartum Emotional Adjustments series again. ... COPING WITH CHANGE: A series of discussions on all of the changes a mother faces when a baby enters their life. Starting Monday, January 11, 2021 for 5-6 weeks 1:30-3:00pm Registration is required. "We are an essential service and will remain open with certain guidelines we will follow to provide food hampers, regardless of whatever color code the province issue. 1) Next hamper date is Tuesday, January 12/21... CUTOFF DATE to register is Thursday, January 07/21. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! 2) You must call to book an appointment, you can no longer walk in, as we now have limited hours, based on appointments booked. 3) You must call by the posted date to ensure you receive a food hamper, and these dates are updated regularly. 4) Call 204-482-9178 Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm ONLY, if no answer leave a message and we will return your call during these hours. 5) As we now have to order food, we only order the appts booked by the cutoff date. If you miss the cutoff date you may not receive a hamper. 6) You MUST wear a mask, bring your own reusable bags, and social distance."
