The G.S. Raiders will be holding their AGM on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 7:00pm. This meeting will be held virtually through Google Meet. Position(s) of interest (see below) 2. Full name 3. Phone number President Overall coordination and execution of Club programs. Attend NCAFA meetings. Chair monthly meetings of the executive committee. Ex-officio member of all committees. Ensure that all individuals affiliated with the Club are familiar with all relevant portions of the NCAFA constitution, by-laws and regulations, as well as the Club's Terms of Reference and Regulations. Vice-president Attend meetings of the executive committee. Perform such duties as directed by the President. Perform the duties of the President in his/her absence or as required by him/her. Administrator Attend meetings of the executive committee. Maintain and distribute to each officer records of meetings and proceedings. Have custody of all documents and records pertaining to affairs of the Gloucester South Raiders Football Club (except those kept by the Treasurer). Treasurer Attend meetings of the executive committee. Pay all accounts by cheque. Keep accurate financial records. Report at each committee meeting. Present a financial statement at the Annual General Meeting. Present a budget forecast for the coming year to the Executive Committee by the March meeting. Director at large (9) Attend meetings of the executive committee Assist other officers as required and at special events. *Nominees for either President of VP must have been board members of the Gloucester South Raiders

Your board of administrator volunteers are still hard at work behind the scenes to prepare for a football season! Today Gloucester South Raiders has another announcement - we are very pleased to let you know Kory Knox was selected to be the head coach of the Mosquito team! Kory was the Offensive Coordinator last year and coached with the Niagara Regional Minor Football league for a few years prior to that, as well as being an assistant coach at AN Myer Secondary school. Welcome back!

With the current situation and city fields closed until the end of June, what will happen with the football season is uncertain at the moment. We will update you with any changes as they happen. Registration With the current cancellation of all recreational events, we have decided to postpone registration until we know more about what the near future holds.
