If your neck is stiff when you rotate your head left or right (without pain associated), you can give this a try. In the photo, the person is aiming to increase RIGHT rotation. Start with the towel resting around your neck over your shoulders. Stabilize the end of the towel (right side) with LEFT hand then using the RIGHT hand, pull the towel on the left side across your face (like pictures). The direction of pull should be slightly upward and diagonal. The force should be ge...ntle and gradual until you feel a stretch or "pull". No pain should be experienced. Hold it for 10 seconds, 10 reps, a couple times a day.
