Was down at Bayside a couple days ago for a meal and a drink ( Supporting our supporters). The dock looked barren without the Dragonfly moored. In other parts of the world paddlers are getting out on the boats. Lucky paddlers. ... In our part of the world we, like others, are missing our chosen sport but are keeping our positive outlook and sending good wishes out to others. The attached post is from VIP Dragonboat Club. Due to the current limitations required to promote social distancing our 2020 paddling season is cancelled and we hope to see everyone back next season.

Hi Folks. Just a quick reminder that the Early Bird Deadline for the 2020 GT Dragon Boat Paddling Season is March 1st. Please contact Susan at [email protected] if you are interested. Our regular registration date is April 18th at Blind Bay Village Grocer between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Please note payment can be made by cheque, cash or etransfer....
