Back in December, we had the privilege of working on a deck upgrade for our friends we tore up their tired vinyl deck and replaced it with this awesome @trexcompany decking! This space will be the best place for social distance visits, when those are safe again. We also got to install the #trexrainescape system for a second time! This gives our friends a nice, dry carport space beneath the deck. Gotta love old homes! The slope of this floor is absolutely ridiculous. At some point this room was remodelled (+ a small addition was put in); however, the remodel was very poorly done. Luckily the homeowners are keen to fix the floors and make them right. New kitchen and living room coming soon for this house! This house was built in the 40s, located in the City of Vancouver. We’re excited to see this whole thing come together within the next month. Eye spy with my little eye, the original kitchen’s trim and wallpaper from the 1940s Oh what an interesting era the 40s-60s was for kitchens. We just started demo at this house in #vancouver yesterday, and today we continued demo by removing the drop ceiling that was added during a kitchen reno in the 80s.
