We’ve got big news! Our new Costa Rican micro-lot is ready to go! Hacienda Sonora is now on the menu and ready to order on our website (www.groundtheory.ca) Hacienda Sonora has been in the Guardia family for more than 100 years but has focused exclusively on specialty coffee since 1999. We are excited to get this out as it’s our very first crop from Costa Rica and it’s been exceptional to say the least.
