Dear patient, We hope that you are doing well, As announced by Quebec’s government a few days ago, we will be able to offer our services as of June 1st. We are looking forward to seeing you again at our clinic and meet your neuromuskuloskeletal needs. We are implementing new measures to offer the safest possible environment. Our patients, their families as well as our staff are and have always been our top priority. This is especially true given the current context; thus, so...me changes to our operational protocols are required to protect everyone from this virus. We need your help to fight Covid-19 through simple gestures: Bring and wear a mask. Wash your hands upon arrival to the clinic. Screening questionnaire before entering the office. No companions, they must wait in the car. Payment by debit or credit card is preferred. Please wait in your car or outside the door until the previous patient has left I would also like to inform you that I am presently working part time as a nurse at a CHSLD. I am not doing direct patient care but working on a team for Infection Prevention and Control. I want to make you aware of this because it does increase my chance of contracting the Sars-Cov-2 virus. Dear Patients The health of our patients is the priority of our Chiropractic Clinic. We are very conscious about limiting the spread of COVID-19 (The Coronavirus) and take your safety as our primary concern. To do our part in flattening the curve we are closing the office to all non-emergency and non-essential appointments as was directed by the Order of Chiropractors of Quebec. If you are suffering from acute(severe) pain you can be seen provided you do not have any signs... of infection i.e. fever, cough, difficulty breathing, have not been out of the country recently nor come in contact with anyone who has recently traveled abroad and are under 70 years of age. We will welcome our maintenance and preventative patients in approximately 2 weeks. These measures are to help limit unnecessary contact between individuals and help limit the spread of this virus. À cette fin, nous refusons et remettons tous les rendez-vous non urgents et non essentiels tel qu’exigé par l’Ordre des chiropraticiens du Québec. Si vous souffrez de douleurs aigues (sévères), vous pourrez être reçu pourvu que vous n’ayez pas de signes d’infection (ex. : fièvre, toux, difficulté à respirer), que vous n’ayez pas voyagé à l’extérieur du pays récemment ou été en contact avec une personne ayant récemment voyagé à l’étranger, et que vous soyez âgé de moins de 70 ans. Tous les patients recevant des soins de maintien et préventifs pourront être reçus à nouveau dans environ 2 semaines. Ces mesures ont pour but de limiter les contacts non nécessaires entre les individus ainsi que la propagation de ce virus.
