The Guelph Barrier Free Committee has extended the deadline date for nominations for our Access Recognition Awards to August 31, 2016. The awards will be handed out at the Council Meeting on Monday, November 28, 2016. Consider your family members, friends and co- workers who have been instrumental in making our community a safer place to live, play and work for persons with disabilities. They may qualify for the Access Recognition Award.

2015 Access Recognition Award recipients

Justin Selby received the Access Recognition Award for Outstanding Contribution of a Business. His certificate read: "In recognition of going above and beyond to identify and remove barriers for students, visitors and employees at University of Guelph facilities."
