We are a non denominational, secular meditation group in Guelph Ontario. Our goal is to provide you with the best access to time tested meditation techniques used to de-stress, revitalize, improve your energy, and renew yourself! Although we are not a religious group, our methods are derived from Buddhist and Daoist meditation practices including Mindfulness, "sitting and forgetting", and "elixir meditation." Coach, Robert Coons has studied meditation with famous teachers i...n Canada, the United States and China and is the author of "Internal Elixir Cultivation, the Nature of Daoist Meditation."
