Turning on the Guelph Solar installation spotlight today takes us to University of Toronto, St. George campus. This week Guelph Solar was thrilled to be installing solar panels upon Laneway Housing. We had been invited by Rob Blakeney of Local Impact Design to work on this innovative housing project. Thank you Rob! The homes, to be used for student and professor housing, will act as a prototype for future laneway housing on campus. With the installation of photovoltaics, the project is aiming for net-zero energy. A great project and a sweet way for Guelph Solar to shine!
